I-485 filed without the medical examination report

I filed I-485 without the Medical Examination Report and was told that I could send it later when requested by USCIS. Now my priority date (05/31/06) is current for a while, and still haven't received news from USCIS. Does anyone know what I should do next? Thanks in advance for suggetions!
