Yes, it was still pending at LC stage when I changed my job. The LC was approved a couple of months afterwards, but no more use to me.

我最后一次入境是在2006年8月,I-94 card上的expiration date是Dec. 11, 2007,也就是我的H-1B在延期前的expiration date.后来虽然H-1B被延期,但我没有再离境,所以I-94 card还是老的.
-When your 7th year H-1b extension was approved, you should have a new I-94 with this approval, should you?
If so, you can use this I-94 for your O-1 status application.

公司说鉴于我目前的情形,可以帮我立刻递交EB-1b及EAD/AP申请.不知各位是否知道目前EAD的申请速度?能赶在我的H-1B到期前拿到吗(Dec. 11, 2008)?
-No problem for you to get the EAD before Dec. 11 if you file your EB-1b and EAD immediately.

There are still a couple of referee having not returned the signed letters to me yet (they've agreed to though). So it may take a couple of more weeks before my EB-1b and EAD can be filed. Do you think there's still enough time? What's the common speed most recently?
