请教140denial notice 没收到的问题（pjiang和各位老师请进）

想要appeal，但是已经过了2个半星期了，还没有受到denial notice，如果错过的30天限期，是不是就不能file 290B了，可是我们怎么能证明没有收到denial notice呢？看着马上限期就到了，真是急死了。请大家指教。
