Money thing again.

Where to check prevailing wage?

I have filed two labor. I filed one in 2004, the subsitute one in 2007. When they open my I485 case, which prevailing wage they will consider based on 2004 one or 2007 one?

If I change job and also change state, whether they will look at the new prevailing wage based on new state?
