啥意思?一家三口485从NSC转到MIAMI,而pending了408天的140-Eb1b

140-Eb1b还没动静！

请pjiang、xiaobaitu等大侠指教：

1、485转到MIAMI可能有什么特殊含义吗？

2、第一次留意到移民局还有所谓Field Office，与Service Center有啥区别呢？

3、我们住在Arizona，离MIAMI远着，为啥不就近转到Phoenix？
