IO told me that NC is not a problem since my case has been pending for more than 180 days. Someone pulled out my case on 8/7, that means they are working on my case. Due to that, she couldn't touch and push my case.

My Qestion, that I forgot to ask her, is:

Why the online status is still showing pending????
