NSC: EB2,PERM PD-04/2006,I485 RD-9/2007, LUD Yesterday and Today

I-485 application LUD twice this week, yesterday and today. Before this week, LUD only once after finger printing in 11/2007.

It might be a good sign although the status is still "case received and pending".

Company lawyer did sent a letter to USCIS on 8/14/2008 requesting USCIS proceed with processing my pending I-485 application, indicating "I-485 Can be adjudicated".

I-140 was approved in May 2006.

It appears that NSC is working on my case?
