why need second finger print after name check cleared?

485 PD is 2004, still pending. I Called TSC 2 weeks ago and was told that the name check was already cleared. But I received notice yesterday to do another finger print, does that mean my name check wasn't cleared?

Can someone help me and explain? Many many thanks....
