Don't worry! After your wife's Labor Cert. is approved, do not file her I-140 until January 2009 ( the 6th year of her H-1B status will reach in 60 days), so that she can use Premium Processing for I-140 filing and get the I-140 approved in 15 days. After that, she can extend her H-1b status for another 3-years period.
