最近给她办理了美国护照，但是发现绿卡并没有收回，也寄还给我们了。我们可以拿着绿卡和中国护照回中国吗？等到女儿要回美国的时候，再用美国护照。

-based on your description, your daughter has been a U.S. citizen, so her GC is invalid even if USCIS returned it to you. Your daughter has to go to a Chinese Consulate in U.S. to get a visa to go to China, not the passort from China any more because your daughter is no more a Chinese citizen. Of course, she can use her U.S. passport to return to U.S.
