Pjiang teacher and others, please help me on i-485 REF

after 3 years, got REF for i-485 case asking proof of employment authorization form from employed time to present, i693 and birth certification. I sumitted my current H1B, I-693 and birth certification to Lawyer on 7/2. Lawyer submited REFs to USCIS on 7/30/2008. USCIS received these on 7/31/2008.

Lawyer told me that he got a REF letter for my 485 case from USCIS again today, the REF asked my employment authorization form from my employed time to present again. I believe the law lawyer made bad mistake that he lack out the document when he submitted REF on 7/30/2008.

Do you think my cueent H1B plus emplyment letter from my university is enough for the REF? Can I directly mail the REF with the materials to USCIS?
