我接到485的补件：

提供TB SKIN TEST and Immunization shots.

I found out that they require different immunization shots after August 1st, 2008.

Rotavirus
Hepatitis A
Meningococcal
Human papillomavirus
Zoster

When I went my doctor for those shots he said I only need MMR, PDP, chickpox shots. Is that right?
