I-485 被提前批准, & AC21

我的 I-485 于2003年的4月提交. 之前 140 (NIW)已批准. 最近 I-485 被批准. 在 CSC.

我的感觉是 AC21 是必须提交的, 如果你是在 485 等待其间换工作的话. 我就是在提交了AC21不得给移民局后不久被批的. 尽管我的确140 是NIW, 没有雇主支持.
