请教 TN Extension 的问题

公司HR正在帮我做TN Extension Petition by mail or e-filing.

请问他们是否要填G28表(Addendum-Notice of Entry or Appearance as Attorney or Representative). 她们不是Attorney, 但是她算不算Organization Representative?

我们公司的人没有这方面的经验, 所以请大家多多帮忙! 谢谢!
