Not sure. I did not get the travel passport the same day when I appled for my son.I wished but was told it is impossiable.

Remember a, you should bring all your documents ( include your spouse in case the office need)
b,your child's birth certificate
c,怎么写授权书? easy , you may write in Chinese. But i remember it is unnecessary. If you want, just do it.
