Why F2 is not in I-539 list ---pjiang

Hi,I am planning to transfer my noimmigration status to f2. But after I download instruction for form I-539 from USIS website, I found F2 is not in nonimmigrate Categories in instruction.

So I don't know I can use I-539 for change my current status to F2 or not.It is very important for me cause I have to file the form out in 1 weeks.
