还是换工作的问题。 请各位老师看看--URGENT

读了PJIANG老师的博克，也查询了以前的问题，但还是没找到问题的答案，不得不再次求助了。谢谢大家先！

我的EB1B 140 最近批了，查询了一下485 超过180 天， NC CLEAR。 但我目前手上有个很想要得OFFER， 昨天也已经口头答应　（下周一要签正式的ＯＦＦＥＲ）。回来一看，才发觉可能会有问题。因为我没有EAD， 所以要H1B TRANSFER。 但是如果在TRANSFER 其间，绿卡就批了，我是不是马上就成了拿到绿卡后立刻跳槽的坏分子？所以感觉是在 让H1B TRANSFER 和绿卡之间的赛跑。是不是如果H1B TRANSFER 成功之后，我的绿卡再批，就没有问题了？

我还听说H1B TRANSFER 申请提交，就可以为新的雇主工作了。是不是要这么试试呢？
