PD Aug 05, still pending, what should I do?

NIW, 140 approved in Aug.
Case transferred to local office last July, interviewed last December.
Now the PD is current, my case is in local office. What should I do? I called the service request 1 week ago. Do I have to wait for 45 days to make appointment for the infopass?
