infopass in san diego

We just got back from infopass, and happy to know that our name check is cleared at august 5th. But the officer didn't give us information whether our case has been assigned to IO or not? just said that " the case is ready to work"
Anybody knows what does that mean? Doesn't it mean our case hasn't assigned to an IO?
