再次请教各位大狭，什么是 inhouse security check？

刚刚打了Taxas center service request的电话，一个黑妹妹非要说今年四月份寄给我的document是green card，我告诉她不是，是change of address notice，她还不让我interrupt her. 最后transfer to a customer service guy　，他倒是清楚很多，知道那document不是green card，然后帮我查了，July 2008 刚刚 clear name check，现在正在做inhouse security check，应该离发卡不远了，那到底什么是inhouse security check 呢? My case: EB2, PD Oct 2005
