urgent! pijang or anybody knows please help

I applied H1B transfer on 08-2006, I got dennied notice on 08-2008. during these two years, I worked for the new company, now I am dennied, can I go back to my original company work without reapply H1B? Can I do my H1B 3yrs renew with my original company? I got two offers from other company, but I don't know what should I do now.
My I94 will expired on Oct.1 2008.
very ungent, Please help!!!
