to the officer in TSC normally have the June or July RD. TSC just doesn't want to process the older cases.
I contact the congressman, sentator. TSC gave the same response (120 days)
I call to make the service request(wait 30 days). I call second time this morning was told to wait for 30 days after the first request.
It is hopeless.
