请教PJIANG: H4 and name change

My hu*****and is currently holding H4 visa. He is considering about changing his name. Will that cause a lot of trouble? If he had a name change, how should we deal with the H4 visa? Do we need to apply for a new visa or else? Does he need to file a name change form?
