已经看了你的回复，非常感谢。我想确认一下，你的意思是我可以不用回国在美国领事馆就能办H4吗？
- Yes, any consulate theoretically. There may be consulate which refuse to accept your visa application and direct you to your home country.

今天那个学校给我来了封信说rein期间我可以过去上学，问我下周要不要过去，但是不保证那个request百分百通过，虽然是他们的责任。

你告诉我在申请rein的时候不能考其它学校也不能申请H4,我有点晕了，那现在我唯一能做的就是过去先上学，等待rein结果？ 但是如果没通过身份又不合法了。非常期待你的回复。
- If you have been OOS less than 180 days, applying H-4 may be a better option to avoid such trouble/uncertainty.
