The new I-693 has more items to be examinated than the old one, and I don't believe your doctor will check those items which he did not exam.

When it is reviewed by USCIS, it may be accepted per your specific RFE situation. There is also chance that IO may think your new I-693 is unacceptable due to being incomplete.

I don't have a better way to get around. You do, cross your finger.
