Two 140. Got green card based on one of them (eb2),

the other (eb1) is still pending, should I withdraw the other one that is pending or just let it be.

• Do nothing, USCIS will deny your 485 based on EB1 since you got -austinjoe- ♀ (0 bytes) () 08/12/2008 postreply 22:14:29
