加拿大移民问题

五年前请律师办移民,交了1000美元之后没了消息,以为被骗,就算了.刚收到email,说免面试,要体检.又要1000美元.之后还有800美元等着.

人在美国等绿卡,不想出去. 可不可以把case转到美国来处理? 自己接手?
