背景: 去年七月放水递交了140 ，485。PD是06/07。140还没批准。H1B 将于明年二月三年期满。
问题1:公司不打算给办理H1B 延期。看来必须离开。如果离开现公司，找一相同职
位的工作，需要重新申请140和PERM吗?如果140批了呢?

if your company does not revoke your 140 and your 140 finally got approved, then you don't have to start over the GC process again. just use EAD to work.and wait for them to approve your 485

问题2: 如果在140没批准的情况下，转换工作会出现什么样的后果?


if 140 withdrawed or denied in the future.
if transfered H1b to new company, u r fine
if used EAD to work, then out of status.

问题3: 如果现公司继续聘用我，用EAD卡工作会出现什么不利的影响?
