Do you mean, if my mother being OOS for 180 days, she will be barred from entering the US for 3 years even if I apply green card for her?

BTW, According to your blog, 3 yr bar is for being OOS more than 180 days and less than 1 year, and 10 year bar is for being OOS for more than 1 year. And no punishment for being OOS for less than 180 days. Is it right?
