I am Canadian citizen. I transfered from TN to H1-B inside USA in March 2007. After that I did not travel outside USA. I have the new I-94 with a new expiration date up to 2010.

I plan to travel back to China next year.

Do I need return my new I-94 from the 767A form?

Do I need a H1-B visa stamp in China?

When I come back USA, what do I need at port of entry?
