expert PJIANG ,please help about RD , really confusing,

My PD is Feb 2004 and RD is 07/xx/2007 on 485 receipt notice. However,I called CIS today ,one call reached IO ,another got customer service. IO didn't give any information ...

from customer service guy ,his attitude is good but his knowledge is so so,
I asked him to confirm my PD and RD , he said he can't see my PD ,but for
Receive Date ,he said it's 09/xx/2007 . I insited that Receipt Date is 07/xx/2007 on my 485 notice .

I am not sure about pronunciation for 'receive date' or 'receipt date' over phone,but are they 2 different date ? if so ,which date RD represent ?

At the end,the guy told me that my RD maybe wrong in system ,he created a SR to correct it to 07/xx/2007. I am really confused now , all information on my 485 receipt notice is correct,how come the guy said my RD is not correct in their system?
