485 Approval 1 day after 140 approval!!

08/06/2008 485 approval, for both.

About May, my hubby got assistant professor, and filed H1 application, still pending. We moved and update address in Aug.1

Yesterday, my hubby's 140 was approved.
I posted to ask how to relink the 485 with NIW to this EB1 140.

nullnullToday, 2pm, I got auto-sent CRIS 2 emails, each announcing the approval of 485 of one of us......

sooooooooooo happy!!!!!!!!!!!

While calling my hubby about this, he was drafting sample of 485 link letter!

he was so surprised too!

I guess his new Assistant professor job this Aug and H1 application for his AP triggered this approval.yesterday's post
