-USCIS will approve your F-2 application and your status will become F-2. Then, you need to change your F-2 status to H-1B again.

Will it work if I write a letter now to USCIS to cancel or revoke my F-2 application attached with my new H-1B approval notice?
-You can do nothing on this issue because these two are different cases.
