我是否需要新的I-94卡?
-Not necessay. As long as your LG keep his H-1B status valid, you can go outside U.S. to get an H-4 visa anytime if you want. But I do not think you need to do that except that your LG's or your I-485 is denied.

这种因使用EAD后不能延I-94卡的情况是否正常？
-Very normal.

有什么后果(比如对I-485， 出入境等)？
- No any negative effects because you are legally present in U.S. with AOS now.
