I-485 Approved but didn't receive the card

Hello,

My I-485 was approved in February, but the permanent resident card was sent to my old address and was forwarded back to USCIS (I moved, but didn't update the address for my I-485). My case is handled in Texas Service Center.

Then I have called USCIS and updated the address. After I received the address change notice, I called USCIS to ask them send me the permanent resident card, and I was told that I would receive my permanent resident card in 30 - 45 days. After 45 days, I hadn't received the permanent resident card. I called USCIS again, and I was told that I would receive my permanent resident card in one - two months. Now it past two months after my last call to USCIS, I still didn't receive the card.

I don't know if I should call USCIS again or there is anything else I can do to get the permanent resident card.

Any information will be appreciated!
