ASK AGAIN!! Anyone knows? Lost visa extension approval letter,wh

I am sponsoring my mom's greem card application(she is in China). According to Guangzhou Embassy's Packet 3, the proof of visa extension approval will be needed for the interview. I lost the approval letter and don't know the receipt# either. What am I going to do? Someone please help!
