Urgent H4 visa

I have a question: My wife got her H4 visa based on my original 797 form, and she is planning to come to usa next month. However I changed my work and my H1b transfer is proceeding and not be approved. The problem is whether my wife can enter USA using my old 797 form. Now her visa is valid.
