急问Pijiang and xiaobaitu: 140&485 pending >365 天,公司内部relocate可以吗？

大虾们， 请问： 我的140&485 pending超过1年， LC是在加州批的。 可以在本公司内部relocate 到德州的office吗？ 做同样的工作， 同样的title.

如果因为140未批而不行， 可以在140批了之后吗？
