请教PJiang,donkeyroad,other experts:"处理日期"令我困惑

根据公布的４８５处理日期，Texas Center 已处理到2007 七月１６日 (通知日期)， 但是移民论坛中已有好几位朋友递交485 (EB1-a or EB1-b)是 2007 十月，485已批准了, 绿卡已到手.

如何解释这一点。
