又要开始裁员了,身份如何保?

485 PENDING 一年了, 有EAD但仍用H1B打工.最近公司不景气,有可能裁员.请问各位如果突然遭到Laid-off,身份如何? 是否跟以前只有H1B一样必须马上找到新工作.如果现在开始用EAD,比如说它还有6个月有效期,是否是如果现在丢了工作可以有6个月时间找工作而不需要办其它什么. 谢谢了!
