请教小白兔皮匠why my follow to join is rejected!!

我的申请材料全部被退回。
I meant to apply for follow to join. The rejected notice has mentioned that the priority date is not established. However my wife got her green card after we married and her priority date is 6/2003.

In the application, we attached both copy of my wife's green card and her approval notice and also our marriage certificate.

So what do I miss and what should I do next? Your help is appreciated.
