Where can I find my mails sent by USCIS?

I have not received any documents from USCIS since they posted two messages. One message said:"On June 21st, we sent you approval notice" and second said:"On July 14th, we sent you new documents". But so far I received nothing. I called the Customer Centre and representative told me she would send a notice to the officer and if I do not recieve any response in 30 days, I can call the centre again.

My God, 30 days and another 30s. Who could nicely tell me how long it takes for USCIS to send a mail out? Is there any way I can check if they have sent approval to a wrong address. It seems impossible because I have kept updating my mailing address and I did receive address change notice before.

What I am most concerned is that they may lose my green card if they still send mail to a wrong address. Thanks in advance.
