Pjang please help confirm this -- AP and H-1, 485 and marriage

Docotor Pjang,

I have read you article regarding AP and H1 status. I would like to confirm my understanding:

My current status:
--on H1B and 485(AOS) pending

--Plan to use AP to enter US if I can get AP approval.

--Will stay the same employer after return

--Will file H1B extension after the return

Please confirm the following conclusion based on my understanding

1 After step 1 to 3, I will return to H1 status right?
If someone marries me, the person can apply for H4.

2.Once my I-485 PD is current and not approved yet or approved within 180 days, I can add my spouse to the 485 if my spouse is in the US at the time of filing.
