请问:3 mon diff. in current processing data, PD current

Currently TSC 485 processing date is July, 2007. My Notice date is Oct, 2007. So ideally I have 3 months to go. But my PD (2004) is already current. Please help:

1. What if when my notice date became current, at that time, if Priority date retro-back. Is it possible the prority date will become not-current later?

2. If I change job now, what's impact. I heard one who changes job when 485 is pending will get interviewed for sure.
