有个问题请教-I-130申请父母移民需填的婚姻状态一栏

我母亲已经去世, 正在为父亲申请移民.

填I-130 FORM 时, 有个问题请教.

6.Marital Status
我选Widowed.

那么11 和 12 项怎么填呢?
11. Name(s) of Prior Hu*****and(s)/Wive(s)
12. Date(s) Marriage(s) Ended

填我妈妈的名字? "Date(s) Marriage(s) Ended" 填我妈妈的去世日期?
