question about visa revalidation!

My status was H4, and then few years ago was changed to H1B. I entered US using H4 visa, but never left US after I got my H1B.I have valid H1B I-94 card. My question is if I can go to Canada or Mexico without applying a new US visa for coming back to US. If anyone know this, please reply, I really appreciate! Thank you!
