快帮帮忙吧，J-2得到Admission 却不能上学

本人J-2 签证，费了好大的劲儿才申请到了学校。我老公的Waiver 还要两个月才能拿到。学校international office 说新规定不能用J-2 注册，即使拿到BCIS的换签证的Receit也不行，必须要拿到新的I-797， 这可怎么办？
