孩子监护权证明一问。预谢回答。

我现在美国，准备办加拿大移民。有一孩子在中国随其母（我们几年前离婚）生活。我想办移民时将孩子带上一起申请。但看到好像要监护权证明什么的(Proof of custody for children under the age of 18 and proof that the children may be removed from the jurisdiction of the court)。不知道具体是什么及怎么办。望各位指点，在此谢过。
