are you sure that your Name check is clear ? Since they have to wait for name check before naturalization.

however, now USCIS typically will NOT arrange interview if your name check is not clear, just to avoid the 1447(b) lawsuit, why, see 这里

so you may need to find out the status of your name check, probably via infopass
