WOM for naturalization

I posted one question yesterday regarding my pending case of naturalization. Case review: my application received date was Aug. 14,2007, and finger print was on Oct. 30, 2007. The processing date of my city is July 29, 2007(updated at USCIS on July 15,2008). Apparently, as the reply from yesterday said that my name check is not clear yet. I have to get my citizenship ASAP. I am thinking about WOM, but have no idea which agent or department I should talk to, which court I should go, and how much it could be? Or is there any government lawyer I can ask for help? Anyone would be kindly to give me some suggestions? Many thanks.
